Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and required retainer are needed to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until both have been received.

Retainer Policy

Retainers are non-refundable and reserve your event date and planning time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Cancellation terms are outlined in the client agreement.

Weather Policy

Outdoor events may be impacted by weather conditions. We will work with clients to explore alternative dates, locations, or modified setups when possible.

Venue & Property Approval

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, permits, or property owner approvals prior to setup.

Damage & Loss

Clients may be responsible for replacement costs associated with damaged, lost, or stolen rental items and décor.

Photography

Blush & Bloom Events may photograph event setups for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area and will be disclosed in advance.
